On the International White Cane Day, Emirates Post Group issued a set of postage stamps in Braille. It aims to create awareness about Visually Impaired people and the services offered for their safety in public places.

The stamp is in Braille so that it can be interpreted by the Visually Impaired people. The stamp depicts an image of a person walking with a cane. The special stamps is issued by UAE in the denomination of AED 3 along with a miniature sheet which carries the slogan “UAE with you” in different languages like Hindi, English, French and more.
